Who are we designing for?
People entering new environments, keen on preserving memories.
We interviewed college students to evaluate
why they revisit their memories.

What did we identify?
Analyzing and synthesizing our research, we understood that
People self-reflect when they look back their memories.
People need to break from
a loop of longing when entering new environments.

User Testing:
The Positives:
Storing memories & reminder prompts were well received.
They liked the aspect of personalizing the memory through tagging.
The Negatives:
Words as express prompting could be too absolute- users didn't like this
Challenging to handle and capture bad memories, users may not like being prompted about bad memories.
Navigation through the home page was a little tricky.

🥡My Takeaways:
User research changes your assumptions.
Iterating during the process makes the intervention more human-centered.
Documentation is important.
Do not resort to 'agony'.
